"This is the best office for state farm. No doubt about it. Has been our insurer for many years. They treat you with respect and answer your questions honestly and try to help you out as much as possible. Very consistent. Desi is charming and fantastic, but most of all very knowledgeable and a huge asset to the office as well as to the customers. It's a breath of fresh air. Lucky to be with this state farm location. Highly recommended. For and update, as of October 2024, the Greg Monelle days are definitely over. But it seemed fine afterwards for a while. Not sure anymore. The same applies to State farm as well. Leaving at 5 stars for now. But feeling like 3 stars would be right."
